CHRISTOPHER DANIELS has become the latest superstar to leave one of wrestling's big two during the second coming of the Monday Night Wars.

Daniels has been one of TNA's most well-respected and consistent wrestlers during his seven years with the company and will be missed by fans and his peers.

His famous battles with current TNA heavyweight champion AJ Styles and good friend Samoa Joe are the stuff of legend and DVD gold.

His stints under the Curry Man and Suicide masks are less so, however he still carried them well.

Although not the most superb mic man in wrestling, Daniels has always had the in-ring skill to overcome everything he has thrown at him with his outstanding grappling talents making him a star.

At the end of last year, before Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff came to TNA, Daniels was main eventing PPV events as the no1 contender to Styles' title.

Many were looking forward to what he could do inside the squared circle with newcomers Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam, as well as any future rematches against AJ.

This confirmation of Daniels leaving TNA coincides with his appearance this week at the Ring Of Honor Big Bang PPV.

Appearing under his old 'Fallen Angel' name and gimmick in his original home, Daniels told the surprised ROH crowd that he was fed up after "having seven years of being held back".
Dropped the ball big time here, Hogan and Bischoff.

WrestlingNewsWorld.com can confirm Christopher Daniels is finished with TNA Wrestling and is now accepting independent bookings. Daniels is being represented by Bill Behrens.

Just confirmation, but this is a huge fail for HNA, whether they see it or not. Daniels, Joe, and Styles literally built TNA in the early days; the Unbreakable 3. Now look at them. One just got released and was swimming around in obscurity, another is likely to come back with some ridiculous ass, over the top storyline, as indicated by a short video clip at last week's iMPACT, and the final one trades his phenomenology for Flair ass-kissing. It's a dark time for pure TNA fans.

Nothing like a vigorous Futterwacken to start the day

Bischoff didn't like Daniels = Daniels is gone

Joe just randomly got 'kidnapped' and was only seen once since in some Blair Witch Project type quick video promo a few weeks back talking cryptically. I'm thinking much like Angle has made his role as using his status to elevate the new talent's heat in the ring, Joe is just probably being used to shuttle in a new person like he did Taz
