TNA may try to distance themselves from any lawsuit, especially one that deals with two current employees. Kong wanted out of her contract anyway, and only stayed because TNA begged. She doesn't really want to be there, that's obvious. As for the KO belts? Good riddance. It'll be a good excuse to shave the KO division down a bit if they drop about 1/3 of their roster. I wouldn't look for Kong to pop up in WWE, unless they have plans to use her as a comedy character.

No word on what the company plans on doing with the TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship at this time. Kong's problems in TNA started with a backstage altercation with Bubba the Love Sponge at the 1/18 TNA Impact taping and later Kong requesting her release because she did not want to go on the company's January tour of the United Kingdom. Kong's initial request for her release was declined and she served a short suspension for her backstage altercation. Kong has since filed a lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge for an alleged "hate speech" incident last month. Richard Reacts: This comes as no surprise. After the backstage altercation between Kong and Bubba the Love Sponge the writing was on the wall regarding her staying with the company. To say Kong and Bubba have a strained relationship is a tremendous understatement and Bubba is best friends with Hulk Hogan.

Your making it sound like Hogan fired her.
