TNA have announced a new PPV deal for the UK, with their huge monthly events broadcast on the Extreme Sports Channel.

The shows will air at 10pm on the Friday following the live US transmission, starting with the company's Destination X supercard on March 26.

Extreme Sports can be found on Sky Digital channel 419 and Virgin Media channel 527. It is free as part of Sky's News & Events Pack or Virgin's L offering.

The channel will also start airing TNA Xplosion, a one-hour show of highlights and new matches, on Fridays at 9pm, also from March 26.

TNA's flagship weekly TV show Impact will stay in its current home of Bravo, where it is shown every Saturday night at 9pm.

The group — whose stars include Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle and world champion AJ Styles — also renewed their agreement with BT Vision, who will show replays of the monthly PPVs and Impact.

TNA president Dixie Carter said: "The United Kingdom has become a battleground for professional wrestling fans as TNA's ratings have continued to climb.

"This is another important moment for TNA and is another step to become the number one professional wrestling company in the world by giving our fans what they want; more TNA programming."

Extreme Sports Channel general manager Tim MacMullen added: "This is shaping up to be an amazing year for our viewers in the UK.

"Adding TNA's spectacular programming to our line up of the world's best action sports and high-adrenalin entertainment shows is a great way to kick off our 11th year on air."

TNA also recently scored a huge coup in the States with the news that Impact will be going head-to-head on Monday nights in the US against WWE Raw.
At least they've finally sorted this mess out, although I am disappointed we've to wait 5 days to see the PPVs, hopefully they'll be worth the wait, but good news nonetheless.

This was announced via Dixies Twitter page a couple of days ago, and yes, it is great news considering the alternative was a TV provider practically no-one has.

I'm a little surprised at the further delay (from Wednesday to Friday) but its not really a problem for me. Working shifts I didn't get to see the PPVs until Fri/Sat so another couple of hours isn't a problem.

Its a weird choice of channel though isn't it? I can only assume that there wasn't much interest from anywhere else. That being said the "Extreme" part fits in nicely with the X-Division.

Just gutted they couldn't work this out before Against All Odds... An (Almost) All X-division PPV sounds very promising indeed though.

Im delighted that TNA PPVs have returned to TV however Im a little disappointed in the network that was chosen to broadcast it and the fact we now have to wait an extra two days to see it (although Friday nights are better than Wednesdays). I was hoping for a deal to broadcast it on the Monday nights before RAW.
