It's obvious Hogan and Bischoff have brought some more fans to the ballpark but could this 1.4 be enough to convince Spike to keep iMPACT taped on a Thursday or switch it LiVE to Mondays. Because a LiVE iMPACT on Thursdays might just be better than the previous two options. |

i'm glad to hear TNA's doing better. i admit, i've started DVRing TNA now. i never really watched them but maybe once or twice in the past, but i'm curious to see how all this plays out, so i imagine i'll be watching a lot of TNA until i lose interest or it crashes and burns (hopefully not). right off the bat, they need to get rid of the nasty boys. IMO it's cool to get the older guys involved in the company, as it draws more attention - but better yet the younger talent has some leadership and role models in which to learn from. Perfect example: Ric Flair. so long as he doesn't wrestle, he's gold to me. his bit with AJ is great, and i hope it keeps getting better. Example #2: The Nasty Boys were terrible 12 years ago in WCW... and have been apparently doing nothing since then. In wrestling you can either be A) Old or B) Fat. You can't really be both because you won't produce like you should be able to. Sixx Pac could be and should be a good wrestler, he's still a relatively young guy. Hall could still be good if he kicked the boooze and hit the gym... maybe dropped 25 pounds. Motor City Machine guns have caught my eye big time, I see some real talent there. I'm also digging the fact that TNA is trying to keep the tag teams of wrestling alive. |

Nothing like a vigorous Futterwacken to start the day

1.4 isn't a huge deal better than before for one and I highly doubt it's Hogan and Bischoff that've been what's bringing them in. More like it's the people they assume will be hired by TNA that has people tuning in, that is the only reason I even watched the terrible monday night episode of TNA was to see who else might pop up in the midst of all Hogan's bullshit as he paraded his friends around the iMPACT zone. |
