Aye Newcastle have got the best players but I think WBA are the best collective team. I've heard that Steven Taylor will be sold to Everton when Lescott gets sold to Citeh. Although my personal favorite toon is Jonas Gutierez. Class player and deserves a better team than Newcastle. Much like Alan Smith.

I haven't seen any SPL highlights but good win for Celtic against the Saints and although Miss-Fortune got two goals to break off the zero mark, i still think he's (Laundry) N'Diarrhoea. Against better teams they have been found out to be utter shite. McGeady and Maloney were the only two good players against the big teams (Arsenal). Good win for Aberdeen, Motherwell and Hibs too. Here's hoping Hearts can do well tomorrow because they were fucking awful on Thursday.

McGeady and Maloney are in my opinion Celtics best players with Scott Brown and MacDonald just behind them. They try there best in every game no matter who there playing and im happy that Maloney is getting starts this season where as under Strachan he wasnt starting many games at all.McGeady too to be honest wasnt getting anywhere with Strachan fair enough he had his problems with McGeady but he had been leaving him out for alot of games before that happened when McGeady is one of those players who can change games he has done it before for Celtic and will do it again he has to be a starter and im happy Mowbray can see that but im not happy that he insists of playing Fortune when he cleary isnt playing well same for N'Gureno or what ever his name is neither have done anything to deserve a starting place and shouldnt be near the first team hopefully Mowbray can realise this soon and get them out

Aye Miss-Fortune and N'Diarrhoea. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that lol.

Great win today for the Blues, beating our closest rivals and keeping us in pole position for the league title. Just another 35 games to go now until we will be champions. :)

Manchester City can confirm that agreement has been reached with Everton for the transfer of Joleon Lescott.

The move is subject to the player agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

Apparently it's 22 million.
Rest in peace, fucker.

The Villa boss was all smiles after a stunning win at Anfield.

Aston Villa manager Martin O’Neill admitted he was delighted with his side after watching them beat Liverpool at Anfield this evening.

The Midlanders triumphed 3-1 in a thrilling game on Merseyside as they picked up their first win of the season.

Speaking to ESPN after the game, the Villa boss hailed a tremendous display from his side.

“I’m delighted with the performance I couldn’t be more pleased,” he said.

“I thought they put absolutely everything into the game not just in terms of effort, but in terms of skill, in terms of ability.

“To come and win here today against maybe one of the three Championship favourites was a terrific effort by all the team.”

An own goal by Lucas and a header by Curtis Davies handed the visitors a two goal lead before Fernando Torres grabbed Liverpool a lifeline.

Ashley Young then sealed the win with a penalty and the Villa boss explained how the game had ebbed and flowed.

“At 2-0 we seemed in reasonable command of the game although you are never in command of any game at Anfield,” explained the Irishman.

“It goes to 2-1 with the crowd urging them on and so we had to react pretty quickly and we got a goal through a penalty, and it was a penalty and we got ourselves back in it. Got a bit of shape, bit of discipline and deserved to win.”

Goalkeeper Brad Friedel was named man of the match and the Villa boss insisted it was fully deserved.

“Brad Friedel just threw back the years again, I thought he was fantastic,” he added.

“This was great for him to come back to Anfield and play like that here. He’ll be delighted and we are obviously delighted with him.”

The victory is only Villa’s third in their last 19 games and O’Neill felt it was fully deserved.

“I thought we played very very strongly,” he said before concluding, “Overall it was a fantastic performance.”

The 45-year-old knows the importance of the task at hand, and feels that he has the tools to come out on top...

Celtic manager Tony Mowbray has said that he has already decided on his starting XI for the second leg of the Hoops' Champions League qualifier against Arsenal.

The former West Brom boss must front a starting XI worthy of overturning a two goal deficit in the wake of the defeat last week at Celtic Park.

"If we had been sitting here 2-0 up, then I would probably play a different team to one that is 2-0 down and having to score some goals," the BBC quote the manager as saying. "But I am pretty clear in my mind what my team will be."

"When the Arsenal tie came out, my idea of how the team might play was settled pretty quickly. The result of the first leg alters your thought patterns of how you might set up in the second leg.

"I understand that if we lose 2-0 again, I will be judged to have got the team wrong again but if we win 3-0 then hopefully everyone will be pretty happy."

The Bhoys will be without the use of anchorman Landry N'Guemo when they face the Gunners, as with international duty drawing closer, Mowbray has stated that he does not wish to exhaust his Cameroonian star.

"Landry has two international games coming up halfway round the world and if you have the opportunity to look after your players you take it," he concluded.

There's a sports forum. *Moved*

We won't be able to beat Arsenal let alone beat them 2-0 / 3-0 so that's out of the question really.
Rest in peace, fucker.
